Operate strictly within the rated load (e.g., do not exceed 2.5 tons for a 2.5-ton model).
Slow down when turning to prevent tipping.
Provide basic training for operators to ensure standardized operation.

Electric models: Disconnect the battery’s negative terminal to prevent self-discharge.
Manual models: Raise the forks to the highest position to avoid long-term pressure on hydraulic seals.
Good storage habits can effectively slow down the aging of rubber components and prevent metal corrosion.
6. Replace Wear Parts Promptly—Don’t Wait for “Chain Damage”
Wheels, seals, and wire sheaths are high-frequency wear items. Once you notice wear, replace them immediately:
Polyurethane wheels: Excessive wear increases rolling resistance, causing operator fatigue.
Hydraulic seals: Aging can lead to oil leaks and eventually damage the pump.
Wire insulation: Damage may cause short circuits and pose safety hazards.
If the truck drifts (brakes are unresponsive), check whether the brake coil is powered, or replace the brake pads (replace when wear thickness ≥ 3mm).
If the steering shaft sticks or makes unusual noises, apply grease and tighten the bearings.
