The QSLiFT EPT15V/EPT20V are lithium-battery-powered electric pallet handling devices expertly positioned as premium upgraded alternatives to manual pallet jacks. In terms of operational experience and safety, the EPT15V/EPT20V come standard with a magnetic movable key/handle, integrating intuitive drive control, forward/reverse functionality, a turtle (creep) speed button for precise maneuvering, a clear battery level indicator, emergency reverse, and a horn for on-site safety communication. An optional pin-code lock handle adds an extra layer of security for intelligent fleet management, while the pipe-free hydraulic lifting system is a game-changer—eliminating oil leakage risks at joints and pipes to greatly improve hydraulic system reliability. The EPT15V is equipped with a 0.75kW drive motor and 0.5kW lift motor, while the EPT20V features a more powerful 0.9kW drive motor and 0.8kW lift motor—matching power to load for optimal efficiency. Operating noise is kept to ≤70dB(A) (per EN 12053), creating a comfortable working environment for operators, and the electromagnetic service brake ensures instant, reliable stopping for enhanced on-site safety. Both models also feature an advanced CAN-BUS intelligent control system that automatically monitors real-time truck status and conducts fault diagnosis, keeping operations running smoothly and reducing maintenance needs.
